Zappyhire is an automated recruiting solution headed by experts in the technology domain. We started our association with Zappyhire when they were bootstrapping and had just one employee.
MintMelon developed financial plan and investor pitch deck for Zappyhire, helping them raise angel funding and expand their business. Today, Zappyhire employs more than 40 people and caters to large institutional clients.
MintMelon enabled SectorQube with a pricing strategy and financial plan to raise angel investment for product development.
SectorQube is a startup incubated in Kerala Start-up Mission and Maker Village, Kerala. The company develops smart automated IoT products for household and industrial use. We associated with SectorQube in the early stages of product development, when the company was then running on bootstrapped mode, with little fund for product development.
By analysing the features and quality of the product, market segment and size, MintMelon worked on the pricing strategy, developed a comprehensive financial plan and a high level project plan. This plan gave SectorQube enough confidence to go ahead and pitch their innovation to angel investors. With the support from the incubation facilities and well-wishers, the company raised two rounds of investment from an angel investor based out of Mumbai.
During the prototype development stage, MintMelon associated with SectorQube to develop financial and project plan for second round of funding.
Our association with SectorQube continues on a need basis to further develop financial plan for third round of funding.
During the initial days of its inception, Evolt Mobility was advised by MintMelon to put together a business plan and set up the initial team.
Evolt Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized service centre for Passenger Cars of Tata Motors, based in the District of Palakkad, Kerala. In a span of nine months, since commencement of operations, Evolt Mobility became the second best Tata Authorised Centre (TASC) in Kerala on service load and other related metrics.
MintMelon started its association with Evolt Mobilty right from inception. A detailed business plan was prepared with financial statements and projections to lay out the trajectory of the business in the coming years. MintMelon helped Evolt Mobility with the initial team formation and corporate training for the entire team.
The team training was structured in such a manner that the team bonding happened faster, making sure that the team is clear about the vision and mission of the organization. Several team activities were conducted through which the team understood what’s expected from them with regard to teamwork, communication, leadership and attitude, among others.
MintMelon consults the firm on a strategic level, supporting Evolt Mobility set up relevant Management Information System (MIS), make capital allocation decisions, control inventory and reviews of critical team members on need basis.
